Lamb, Randall L.
Age: 48
Born: April 26, 1960, in Harlan, Ky.
Son of Raymond and Marjorie (Bunch) Lamb
He
was a 1979 graduate of Conneaut High School where he was a member of the mixed choir and the men’s choir. He was married
in 1980 to his high school sweetheart Vicky J. (Finlaw) Lamb and they had two wonderful children, Kayla M. and Cody R. Lamb.He
had been employed at Premix since 1979 where he not only worked but made lasting friendships with his fellow employees and
bosses. He was loved by all. Randy was a member of the Conneaut Church of God where his father is the minister. Randy was
the choir director and was on the music committee where he played bass guitar, and also played in Christian bands including
King’s Ransom, The Land Family, and L.A. Watson. He enjoyed music, which he handed down to his children, and also enjoyed
spending time with his friends and, most of all, his family and children. Randy was a very loving and giving man. He always
had a house full of kids and found time to take them to parks, camping, shooting, movies, or just being there when they needed
him most. He was also a scoutmaster of Troop 32. He was a former member of the Monroe Volunteer Fire Department, and a member
of the N.R.A., and the Amboy Rifle Club. He was an outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, camping, and motorcycling. He was also
interested in cars and enjoyed working on them and attending car shows.Randy lived a life wrapped in the love of Jesus. He
would spend time studying the Bible and praying. His favorite verse was John 3:16, which says, "God so loved the world that
He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life." He loved to share
the gospel, and rarely neglected the opportunity to witness for his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, wherever he went. He believed
that at death, the physical body returns to dust, and the soul of the believer is welcomed into heaven. He believed what the
Bible says in 2 Peter 3:9, that God is not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. His prayer
was that all of you who read this would take John 3:16 seriously and, if you haven’t already, would receive the gift
of eternal life. He would have us remember one thing: Know Jesus, live, walk, trust and rest in Him. His family cherishes
the memories of his faithful love for all, which was rooted in Jesus’ faithful love for him.
