This photo was taken shortly after the shooting of 2 of the firemen. Jim Krenisky 4th
from left was shot in the lower back and Justin Tuttle 7th from left was shot in the head. They were with
other fire members and Conneaut Station 3 Rescue Squad on an ambulance call on Hatches Corners Road, as the ambulance was
backing onto the road a disturbed individual came around the squad and opened fire on the group.

In 2006, Justin Tuttle was elected Fire Chief. Jim Krenisky is no longer with the department
but he serves the community in other ways, as an EMT.
